Our School
Welcome to Titchmarsh Pre-School. We are a voluntary organisation which was first established in 1985. Situated on the High Street in Titchmarsh, we are a community pre-school, affiliated to the Pre-School Learning Alliance. We are governed by a board of trustees, which is made up of parents and members of staff, working together to ensure that the pre-school continues to develop, improve and thrive. We are Ofsted registered and were last inspected in June 2019, when we achieved the rating of ‘good’. Titchmarsh Pre-School is fully inclusive and we welcome all children from 2 years old.
Everyone is welcome at our Pre-School and we hope that you and your children will enjoy your time with us.

Our Staff
The Staff at Titchmarsh Pre-School believe that young children learn best through play in a safe, caring and stimulating environment. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and plan activities which enable the children to explore, discover and learn in both the indoor and outside environment. Each child is allocated a staff member who becomes their ‘key person’. The key person will observe your child to ensure that they are developing in all areas of the curriculum and plan activities to move them onto their next stage of learning.
Our Values
We value our parents and carers. You know your children better than anyone else and we welcome your wealth of information and knowledge about your children. We value working alongside our families and our online assessment tool means that you have constant access to your child’s Learning Journal and also enables you to share with us their experiences away from the pre-school. This in turn enables us to plan activities that will interest and stimulate your child’s learning and together we can move your child onto their next stage of learning.
